Has anyone any idea what might cause 2012 Jazz Hybrid to stuck with error code P0970? It is confusing not only me, but also local Honda service. When the error appeared, another service shop changed the gearbox to a used one, but the issue was not fixed. Then I took my car to the Honda dealer. So far they've changed the wiring harness between ECM and gearbox, changed the ECM, measured and tested the solenoid C, which seems to be ok (5.5 ohms, which is in normal range) and
Only physical issue found was in wirings that were damaged by rats and that's why it was replaced. ECM was their first guess and currently they've tested it with both old and new ECM without any change. I've searched the forum and googled about the issue (actually found this forum with that googling) but haven't found a clue. All details of P0970 point to wirings or ECM, which are already replaced.
Powerline is with 1.35 liter gasoline + hybrid + cvt gearbox it that matters. Any ideas are welcome. It has been a great car and I'd love to have it back on road.
