Hello guys,
New fit owner here. Just got the car yesterday. I wanted to get some documents from the car at night but I noticed there was a light blinking (it was the anti theft system light) there was also another light glowing, i cant find it in the dashboard but it was a big orange dot next to the speedometer

 

Yes. That's normal. It blinks when the system is armed (doors locked, key not in ignition). It's a way of deterring theft.
