(Advice needed) Disabling trunk light in a 2009 LX
Hey,
I'm new to this forum and I wanted to ask a question, since Google proved to be unhelpful. I want to either disable or unplug my trunk light, located near the rear left wheel well, and I'd like some advice before I start tinkering.
Any advice is much appreciated!

Update: if I do unplug the light, will it be okay for the car battery to leave the trunk door open going forward? Or does the wire still drain electricity while unplugged?

If you decide to pull the wire...tape it with electrical wire.

Or just get the cargo light with an on/off switch from a good range of Honda/Acura models. Current CR-V, HR-V, 2011 to 2014 Accord Crosstour, MDX, etc.
^^ Clicky, I don't recall how to post the video.
