A/C and Radiator Fans always ON
I have a 2011 Fit and recently the 2 fans in the front of the car stays ON all the time. I checked the relays but the problem seems to be the ECM.
Some experience with that?
Thanks

If the car is demanding the AC compressor on the radiator fans will spin. If the compressor either doesn't work or doesn't reach the correct pressure the fans will stay on. Easiest way to test if turn the AC switch off inside.

Just eliminating loose ends, you don't have defrost on? Not that I don't believe you, just asking.
EDIT: Before making expensive decisions it might pay to invest in a scan tool that can read live data. Something like a coolant temp or ambient temp sensor giving erroneous data would turn the fans on.
EDIT 2: need to find which pin on the left engine compartment harness controls the relay to turn the fans on. If we were to find that pin (I'm looking but the manual is HUGE) and test for continuity with the AC on and off to see if it's sending the command or not. If it isn't and the fans are running you have a short to ground somewhere. If the car is commanding the fans on and the AC is off and you don't have erroneous data from a temp sensor then you can 100% confirm it is an ECM problem. More often that not the ECM is not what fails, but usually a ground that rubs through somewhere or a sensor fails.
