No? I seen a thread that was talking about it what people ran on 16x7s so should I be running 195/50/16 Or 195/45/16? I just guessed but they are from Walmart and haven’t arrived so I have time to return if so.

There are wide range of different tires that can be mounted to 16x7 including 205/45R16. Nothing wrong with that. Assuming the stock tire size was 185/60R15, the new ones are about 2 % smaller in diameter, so your speedometer error increases respectively. That shouldn't be any problem either.
#6
The closest alternative in diameter is 205/50/16.
205/45/16 is going to make the ride stiffer than it has to be and result in higher highway RPM.

These guys nailed it.
Id recommend switching out for the 50 sidewall if you can, but you dont gotta.
This isnt nearly as bad as what everyone does to pick-ups.

Konig wheels like Rota slips, not rich enough for 388’s...yet.
175/65r15 rsr lowering springs like above mentioned try to get a 50 sidewall if possible but if not it’s better than my dads poked&rubbing f250 fitment

honestly y’all had me shitting bricks thinking it was gonna rub bad From being so wide and be a pain in the ass to drive with but pffft if it’s a sidewall I’d prefer a little less to give more clearance for when I drop it a bit On swift springs.

Swift Springs with a short tire will just give you more gap.
205/45/16 are 23.3” in diameter.
205/50/16 are 24.1” In diameter.
The 195/50/16 I use are 23.7” in diameter and definitely shorter than they should be (I don’t like the look of overly wide balloon tires like 205 on 7” wide wheels).
Your wheels are nearly an inch shorter in diameter than the recommended 205 sidewall. Your wheel gap on those with Swifts will be pretty close to the wheel gap with stock wheels/tires and stock springs.

What to take away: see how you feel about the lower tire height by driving on it. You'll be good, dude. If you don't like it, go one size taller on the next set of tires. One noteworthy pro (though may be minimal) is reduced assembly weight!
You will be fine, as you likely know, though I do appreciate the traditional pro-sidewall posts and good information.
I've seen a few of your threads and you've been unlucky in catching flak for ideas/projects. I hope it doesn't discourage you because I've appreciated the enthusiasm!

Glad you noticed😂 just about every post I throw up I catch hell on here lol I came from crown Vic Group where nothing ever was “ment for” the car so I’m not used to having specs and or things to compare too I know the 195/50/16 is catching. My eye for the weight reduction alone but the 205 routes cheaper so I’m trying to figure out pros and cons but they almost are even aside from the fact 205s cost me $95 and 195s will be $253.

I've never seen that site before, looks like a cool resource!
As mentioned in another thread, I did some extensive work on a lumina, and having a community to bounce things off of is a refreshing change (although this car doesn't need much fixin'). My interest was more in making it run well/like new vs. improving it.
I can't understand the mentioned price gap. I guess a shorter sidewall with a narrow tread block is uncommon. That's what it is, a specialty.
But I stand by the 205s anyways, as I felt the car was a bit sketchy in the rain on stock tires. My current wheels are heavy, which makes it a bit of a drag. Shallow pockets. But yeah, I'd still take it over stock. Car is much more stable and that allows more fun in the curves too. I'd take that over a smidge of straight up speed. The fit wasn't built with a beefy engine, it's already pretty refined for what it is. Handles sweet though.

Mine weigh just about 20lbs, plus the 205s. Whichever you choose, tires are temporary, my friend. If I wind up with some cash, I'll be switching over to the newer model sparcos that weigh in at a whopping 12 for the same price I bought mine. but it'll have to wait until finances allow.
Don't sweat this stuff too much. Within these parameters, nothing will ruin the car. Performance mods take knowledge, experience, and pockets. Or just really deep pockets if you're more operator than mech, and there's nothing really wrong with that. I'd say to just make your best call, know it was your best, and let the experience create an opinion for you, maybe learn a few things along the way.
