AC low pressure, high pressure sensors?

Well, I replaced all of my relays, and my compressor and fans are all working. But, after a freon fill it started blowing hot again the same dsy. Service center ssys ny high side pressure is way too high (well, above the specified 250) but that I am not overfilled! I'm told possible condenser blockage, but not confirmed, or, bad pressure sensors— high, or, low. Any ideas? Where are these sensors located? And, can they be replaced without evacuating the freon system again? Thanks.
Jeff
