I just had the 7190 installed in my Fit. Everything works great so far except when trying to use my iPhone or iPod. I bought Kenwoods A/V cable and whenever I plug my phone in, it just keeps connecting/disconnecting/connecting/disconnectin etc.

It keeps doing this until I unplug it. Any ideas?

 

Hey, is the kenwood ipod cable you bought from kenwood store or you bought that from aftermarket? bc I have a some problem before went i bought the aftermarket one. after i get the one from the kenwood store. have no more this problem.

 

It's a Kenwood cable I bought from Crutchfield. I emailed them and they are sending a replacement cable. They're out of stock though, and won't have any until mid August.

 

I received the new cable today and swapped it out. All is good! Glad it was just the cable. Audio and video works. Now I can watch Netflix, Hulu, etc. also listen to iPod, Pandora, Spotify.

 

I spoke too soon. Still having issues. I called Kenwood and they told me to send it to a repair center. I called the vendor I bought it from and they are sending out a replacement.
