F1spec seats fia approve?

Hello, I was thinking of getting these seats. I see these specific seats say "fia seats." can I just assume they're fia approved? I know I can just email them, but I want to see if anyone actually knows the answer first.

Also another important question, I will be ordering this exact one with the carbon fiber shell. Anybody here have them and would know what they roughly weigh?

There should be a sticker showing if really tested and FIA certified. Looks like there is some kind of a sticker.

Without solid mounting of the seat, as in no ability to slide, it wouldn't be FIA certified anyways overall, nor should it be for any race series, but not sure what the specs in the US are. They take roll cages so seriously, but if seat sliders are overlooked, it makes no sense to me at all.

Not a bad price at all, quite low compared to Recaro and Bride carbon buckets. Think my Brides weighed in at about 10.5lbs without rails. So I would imagine they are in that neighborhood.

I know F1Spec came out with one line of FIA approved seats (used to be called Type 6?), those must be them, just renamed. The cheap ones ($300-$400) are not FIA approved.

May I ask why you are concerned with them being FIA?

Safety concerns while on the track, also some sanctions don't allow none fia certified seats.

Having certified fia seats isn't required of me now, but if im going to drop some cash on seats that are for more then show, I'd rather get it right the first go around.
