Recaro fabric door panel inserts.
Yup followed the post https://www.fitfreak.net/forums/2nd-...abric-diy.html
Got a hold of the seller and got the fabric, followed most of the steps in the above post, I did somethings a little different cause this isn't my first door panel to recover. Anyway, this stuff is AMAZING the difference is night and day from the original factory material.
Here are my front doors which are done, rears will be done either today or this weekend.
I love the look, and feel both. I may order another set of the fabrics so I have spare on hand in case of any issues. And anyone contemplating doing this, it is NOT hard and he has this fabric is red/blue/black. Recaro Door Inserts Honda Fit 2009-2012 09 10 11 12 JDM GE GE8 | eBay

Something tells me your photos don't do the material justice in terms of look. Or maybe it's just my eyes. It does look like it would be a little more padded than stock. Is that true? It's bad enough having the junk fabric on the stock cards, but the lack of cushioning is what really iritates me.

Oh it's easily 2x as padded as the stock, the stock is like having no fabric on there hard as the cardboard behind it. That is one of the first things my GF noticed when she looked and touched the panels.

Mine is a material you have to install.
