Convex side mirrors?
#4
You won't need convex mirrors if you learn to adjust your mirrors properly. Most drivers can see the car behind them in all three mirrors. This is wrong. They should be adjusted to give you a panoramic view. As the car behind you starts to come out of your rear view mirror he should be coming into your side view mirror. As he starts to come out of the side view mirror you should be able to see him out of your peripheral view. It will seem strange at first but if you try this for a while it becomes natural.

ebay link to mirrors
09 10 Honda Fit / Jazz Blue Tint Side Mirror Glass f7 | eBay
put these on my fit. much greater read + side view angle area, but I still turn my head when making land changes or reversing anyway. no such thing as too safe.

I got the ones off ebay and i was worried about it when i ordered it becuase you know how some ebay stuff is crap, but these mirror from ebay are really good , makes a huge differnace at night, and they directly fit your old mirror hookups, not like the cheap mirrors that just stick on with tape, i highly recommend them.

Same here I really like these mirrors. I know properly adjusted mirrors don't have blind spots but these just have such awesome viability. Plus add in they have a blue tint to reduce glare and so for me these are a must have.

Yea a car behind me at night use to blind the hell out of me and also make light fill the inside of my car up, Now The headlights dont blind me and my car still looks dark at night (20% all around) plus they dont cost that much, A good upgrade for low money

Does anyone know if the EDM Fit's have heated mirrors?
I'm thinking since they already have the convex mirrors, one could get the heated option as well, and it will be OEM.
If any European boardies know of the part #'s please let me know.

You might want to consider these if you're looking for convex mirrors. The AJRC GT Mirrors are direct replacement to your OEM mirrors and have a convex lens.
Let me know if you have any other questions or concerns, if you need pricing, feel free to PM me and I can work out a good price.

To those saying that properly adjusted mirrors are important, I totally agree.
However, with the set of Level Sport mirrors (Spoon replicas that are actually better) I had on my S2000, you could see an entire two complete lanes to either side of you. No amount of "proper adjusting" will allow you to see that much. There was zero blind spot. Coupled with my slightly wider center rear view, nothing behind me was hidden.
One of the best bang for the buck purchases I ever got for any of my vehicles.
