CEL, simultaneous codes P0103, P04E5 and P0003
Yesterday I was accelerating onto the highway in my 2008 MT Honda Fit (base model) when the CEL came on (solid, not flashing). I drove the rest of the way home, maybe 15 minutes, and called up my father-in-law to borrow his CarChip. The CarChip reported the following codes:
P0103 - "Mass or Volume Air Flow Circuit High Input"
P04E5 - "Unknown Powertrain DTC (SAE Controlled; Auxiliary Emission Controls)"
P0003 - "Fuel Volume Regulator Control Circuit Low"
I assume that any one of those codes would've been enough to turn on the CEL, so presumably they all occurred around the same time and are related. I checked the engine air filter and it looks pretty clean, as I changed it only a few months ago. I looked into the air intake with the filter removed, and could see what looked like a temperature sensor, but didn't see what anything I recognized as a MAF sensor.
Does anyone know what code P04E5 would indicate for a Honda Fit, or why these three codes might come on at the same time? Any ideas for troubleshooting?
