Shock/strut replacement - anything else I should do at the same time?
I'm planning to replace the shocks/struts on my 115k 2007 Fit Sport with KYB units.
1. Should I replace the springs at the same time? Are springs a wear item? I'm happy with OEM ride/handling.
2. Should I replace any other parts at the same time? I've heard of some people replacing bushings (in the Miata world) and sway-bar end links for Honda Fits.
The work will be done by a good local shop. Thanks!

2. Suspension bushings also wear out especially urethane. Most people install urethane bushings and never take them apart clean them, re-grease and reinstall. I added than in case your thinking of replacing with urethane instead of OEM? I guess it depends on what's worn out and how much you want to spend?
At minimum I'd replace the top hat/upper strut mounts if they don't come with the struts.
