08 Base Fit AT with 108K. We've had it 6.5 years. TMPS light on; locks are shot either due to the guys that tried to break in, or the fact that sidewinder locks sometimes just suck. Light hail damage; fogged cracked headlight lenses. LCD on the stock radio isn't visible anymore. Performance is still ok, but there's a lag when getting on the highway from 45mph to 55mph - Maybe 3rd gear that makes me wonder if I'm going to die. Carpet on the drivers foot area is like an old t-shirt with holes in it and won't stay adhered to the floor, which has actually escalated to a safety issue.

I'm not too worried about appearance stuff, and I've always done regular maintenance and talked nice to it. I have a small lien on it that's less than low trade-in and a monthly payment that's just under what a cheap lease would be. I need someone to either hold me and tell me that my first gen Fit is worth reinvesting a grand in, or tell what you'd do in this situation....
