GD1 Headlight Beams

GD1 Headlight Beams
Hi. I have a converted GD1 (RHD to LHD) and I'm a little bit concerned to the aim of my headlight beams. On the Left side (driver's), the beam is a little bit far compared to the Right (passenger's) in which I cannot see it (beam). I asked a mechanic if the lights can be adjusted but he said that it cannot be adjusted because it is the "default" adjustment but I'm not convinced to what he said. I tried to rotate the gear L-R and the U-D but nothing happens.
My question is that is there any way that I can adjust the aim of the beams? I just like to see the road clearer especially when I'm traveling. I'm from the Philippines btw. Thanks for the advice.

Are the headlights still the original RHD lights? The lights are designed to throw more light up toward the side of the road to help illuminate street signs and such but not blind oncoming traffic.

Nope, I have changed my headlights over a year ago and the shop that I bought my bulbs converted it into an H7 type (didn't know why) and then I had it again converted to HID last week but the beams are not balanced. So, as to your post, means the bulbs cannot be adjusted at all?

HAHA why would they convert the bulbs from H4 to H7? I would start with making sure the bulbs are seated properly in the housing after that modification .
You also mentioned that when you move the adjusters nothing happens. It could be that someone forced the bulbs into the housing or over adjusted the lights at one point in time causing the adjusters to come apart. Sometimes this can be fixed by having someone pull gently on the back of the reflector while another person turns the adjuster and hopefully the adjust will screw itself back into the reflector.

Yeah, it looks like it's either the bulb is not seated properly, or somebody forced it in there. Even if the headlight beam isn't aligned properly, it shouldn't be as bad as the one in the picture.
Try taking the bulbs out and check if they are the correct ones, then go from there.
