Either a bearing is going bad, or you need a new belt. A new belt is around $30 and is a fairly easy DIY to do the install. If one of your rotating parts is going bad, you'll have to figure out which one to know how much it would cost to repair.
As a stop-gap, you could try to increase the tension on the existing belt by tightening it. Belt tension is adjusted by moving the alternator. The best way to do that is to use the procedure in the serpentine belt DIY here:
