Rattling noise when a/c is on

Hi guys, I have 2004 GD3 CVT 1.5 i-dsi engines. Lately I can hear this annoying rattling noise when I have a/c on and the gear is in D but the car is not moving. That noise is also audible when i take off from stopping (below 2000rpm), then it disappears. This doesn't happen when the a/c is off.

It seems related to compressor but i replaced the compressor clutch maybe 8-10 months ago.

what do you think? Thanks.

Make sure the hood rod (the rod that keeps the hood up) is properly docked in.

The AC puts more load on the engine making it vibrate a little more, and your problem could probably be from vibration. So check if anything is loose (caps, dipstick, etc)

Just an update, maybe this will be helpful to someone else. i took my car to dealership and they told me the tensioner pulley is shot so i told them to replace it. Now all is good, no more noise.

I couldn't describe the noise before the tensioner was changed. it just sounded like rattling noise.
