Clutch judder / chatter never gets fixed no matter what =( getting desperate here!
Hi there, guys.
I'd like to ask for some advice since I went every way possible. Any hint will be very very appreciated. I got a Honda Fit 1.3L MT that never seems to stop juddering/chattering when taking off regardless of the number of times I've tried to fix it.
I've swapped all engine mounts to new ones (have to admit I put aftermarkets, though) and replaced the clutch TWO times to fix the judder. The flywheel surface has been smoothened to receive the new clutch to prevent the judder. But... that didn't kept it from showing the same problem once reassembled.
That got me really upset since I've spent hundreds on this and I decided to go ask for help to fit freaks like you guys, in which I bet have loads of experience on those "chronical" problems. Any hint or advice will be surely appreciated!
Have you ever seen such "on going" problems on 1.3/1.5L Hondas? If so, someone ever heard anything from someone who successfully fixed this?

Well I don`t think it should be this... since this restrictor valve is there in every honda and they never shudder

Things that can cause your problem:
Tightening down the pressure plate unevenly and warping it or the disc.
Flywheel not machined true even though you had it machined.
Machining the flywheel beyond minimum thickness.
A pilot bearing problem. Did you replace it? Did you fit it to the input shaft before you installed it to make sure its not loose? if it is not a good fit, the input shaft will have too much movement and the clutch disc will wobble enough to feel chatter. Was the pilot bearing damaged during trans install? Sometimes forcing it in can cause the input shaft to strike the pilot bearing and damage cage around the needle bearings.
Disc contamination from not cleaning the flywheel and pressure plate before installing them.
