Trasmission flush question

Trasmission flush question

Hey whats the best way to do a transmission flush on an 08 fit, i read another post leave the plug out and drain a bit by running the car but is there anyway to remove a line or something like i do with a truck...

Yes there is a post in here to do just that method by removing one hose. Look around a bit and you will find it.

Why do you need to flush? Honda service manual calls for drain and fill.

Exactly. Why are people so concerned about non-existent problems? There's another thread about replacing the AT fluid filter, which is a non-service item. Do people have that much free time? Save that time and go volunteer in your community.
