Tire numbers

Honda TPMS systems do NOT recognize tire location
You will have to get a scanner that reads the signal, and then simply lower or raise tire pressure on each sensor to verify its the bad one.
Sensors are 20-50 bucks each depending on where you get them

Tire pressure isn't too critical during the inspection of the sensors since you'll be inspecting for sensor functionality; so, long as the tire pressure is above the pressure threshold (27 PSI on most Fits) you should be ok in most cases.
The reason I say "most cases" is due to occasionally having a tire sensor experiencing intermittent failure... They usually check out "ok" on the sensor scan tool when checking for battery life and functionality but you will notice that the tire pressure is drastically off (usually 4 to 7 PSI from what I've seen) from its actual pressure (which is commonly seen with Fix-A-Flat is used).
