Guys I was wondering if anyone purchased this player. I am having a problem getting it to work. I cannot clear this message from it

I tried the reset button and even unhooked the battery and it still comes up.

I was starting to think the same thing. The company that I bought it from sent me this.. Seems like a lot of bs anyway I would have to do to get it to work.
