Unhappy How much sag is normal?

How much should my suspension compress with just me in the car?

I have noticed that my suspension over the past year has gotten a little rougher and bouncier. The rear has about a 1 1/2 finger gap and the front has about a 3 finger gap on a level surface with a full tank and empty of people.

What bothers me most is how much it seems to sag. When I'm sitting in the car the suspension compresses to about halfway down the sidewall in the rear. I had my girlfriend sit in the front so I could see how much it compresses with just her and it seems to compress about as much. I weigh about 255lbs and she doesn't weight NEARLY that much (haha)

I have been contemplating the Tokico HP's and just putting my stock springs on them but...do springs fatigue over time? are my springs failing to hold as much weight as they once did? I have REALLY loaded up the car on a few occasions.

Thoughts?

wanna see pix empty and with a pass?
