Not an all season, but the General Altimax Artic tires are wonderful. I recently put a set of four on my 08 Fit Sport. Although I opted for the non-OEM steel wheels and had them mounted prior to shipping. I went with 175/65R14
A guy I work with has the same tire on his Accord and has put about 23k on his without seasonal removal and they are about half worn out. Remember this is a winter specific tire.
Performance wise you will find this tire hard to beat for wet and snow/ice conditions, they really are unbelievable, even more so over the stock Dunlops (poor tire for winter)
These General Altimax Artic's work extremely well and are as quiet as the OEM "rim protectors" that Honda installed from the factory. The dry conditions the tire is a tad more loose feeling but that is to be expected given they are 175 verses 195. Note: I opted not to have the TMPS sensors, so rather than the (( ! )) light come on I now have the TMPS lit all the time, no biggie in my book.
I am looking for touring tires for the stock 15" wheels though come spring, I'll be storing these "Artics" for the next winter.
BTW I paid $510 for 4 wheels & tires delivered, mounted, balanced and a set of lug nuts from Tire Rack

I did this on my US Fit with 175/65-15 Dunlops on a 5.5" rim. This is the base tire/wheel size for the 2nd gen EU Jazz. It works great, the speedo error is about 3%, and there's enough clearance for low profile chains.
