I have always had a hankering to own a supercharged small block Chevy powered Lotus 7 kit car.... That would be to experience what I did when I was young and rode fast motorcycles except on 4 wheels.... Hell, I would take one with a turbocharged Vortec V6.

Definitely one of the stranger things I've ever seen in car-land-world. Likely, the owner actual DOES have an elise at home, and this is his funny throwaway car for going to work and being a clown in.

nah its probably a shop car for a lotus dealership or a mechanic shop
