L15a AT to MT help

hello, i am about to start my turbo project on my Fit.
but it is an AT CVT. i have heard the CVT tranny can only support less than 180hp. so my option now is to buy a MT tranny. then i have heard again, that the MT tranny requires a MT ecu? is that true? isnt it that the tranny has a separate ECU? or what? anyway, the setup will be running on AEM FIC system. i have most of the hardware ready already, only the Tranny issue is hindering me now. please help.

He's he would need the MT ecu. In what I'm seeing from doing my L15 AT to K24 MT it will be more work then ita worth to just swap your car from At to MT. I'd you must have a MT then the best thing to do us trade in your car.

He's keeping the same engine though not swapping it, either way it would be easier to trade for a MT than to hack one up. Parts alone will kill him.

well the car has sentimental value to me, and would love to keep the whole car.
so what do you guys think about it? i dont wanna swap to another car, i just want this car and turn it MT. that's it. have already located a tranny, was wondering what else i would need for the project

this is a big project. ive never done it on any level, but its going to be big bucks.

ECU
new wiring harness
pedal assembly
clutch, flywheel and pressure plate
slave cylinder
master cylinder
shift linkage
shift boot and shifter
most likely a new interior piece for the shifter
new transmission mount

who knows it if it even drops right in, not sure anyone else has ever attempted it.

Yes the AT ECU is going to be tuned differently then the MT. You can probable save a few bucks and keep the AT engine harness but you might have to modify it to work with a MT. From doing my Kswap I have learned that the Transmission mounts on the AT and MT are different so you will need to get a MT Trans mount and some how get it to bold up.

THe swap can probable be done but im telling you its going to be more trouble then its worth just to go AT to MT.
