Wierd Braking sometimes???
This only happened less than 3-4 times total. But when it does happen its pretty scary. Basically one time it happened was early in the morning and I was braking slowly and my brakes felt like they were grinding on the rotors. And at the same time it would shake my steering wheel. It feels like when the ABS kicks in. And it scares the crap out of me. I did have to brake one time very hard to active the ABS but it should reset automatically. I have 36k on my car should I change my pads and rotors now? Pretty early though.

I have an 07 and I've never experienced what you describe, and I just did my brakes for the first time at 93k miles so I'd say it's too early.
Here's what I would do, if you have the tools and space, jack it up, take your wheels off, and visually inspect your rotors, calipers, and pads. I did have some strangeness around 45k miles and I pulled it all apart and found a rock was wedged in there causing it to squeal really bad when I braked.
worst thing that could happen is you find something has worn prematurely and you catch it before it costs you money down the road.

it's the ABS. if it kicks in and you need to brake hard, just keep the brake pedal down. it's kicking in because your wheel(s) going over a crack, pebble, rock, etc. as you're braking.
replacement of the brake pads and rotors is unrelated to the ABS. you just replace them if they're worn enough that they need replacement.
