100K miles on my GD :D

Today I just reached 100K miles. I'm dedicating this thread to my Fit. It's still fun to drive until now.

Here's what I've done so far:
  • Between 15%-30% oil life when changing oil.
  • I'm on my second set of tires.
  • I adjusted my valves between 60K-65K miles.
  • On my third set of brake pads.
  • One of my DRL(?) have died and was replaced.
  • Between 70,000-80,000 miles when I did my tune up. I know my spark plugs were replaced and have forgotten the other details(too sleepy to think)
The car still runs/start like when it was new. My shift knob looks like crap, I need to find the same on but I cannot find online the OEM shift knob that came with the GD3's and I'm not liking the OEM aluminum shift knob's that they're selling on ebay nor the Ge8 OEB shift knobs.

Almost at 80K on mine. Think the next oil change, I'm gonna have Honda do the valve adjustment. My motor isn't purring perfectly like it used too. Sounds a little tappy.

I'm at 107,000 with my 08 Sport auto. I just treated it to a new set of plugs, front pads, resurfaced rotors and a valve adjustment. I used to average 37mpg in my 63 mile each way commute. I hope to get better now.

This car does everything I ask of it, including hauling a 17 foot canoe on the roof.

LOL my shift knob looks like crap too, only 93k here. Mine still runs like new, occasionally it has a moment of strangeness but generally it's been an awesome little car.

I just did the brakes which is pretty much the first thing I've had to do besides regular oil changes with Royal Purple, this little car just goes and goes, I have no complaints, I'll drive it till the wheels fall off
