Best bang for the buck?

I'm just starting too! Loving te mpg! What up guys? I'm a brand new fit owner. I have a white 07 sport AT. So far in two weeks I've put on tints, mugen visors and dc5 sidemarkers. I have more in line as far as looks but I really want to know what mods I can do to improve my mpg. I read Somewhere on ff that certain intakes help. Which is actually what I'm looking to get next. I wanna spend 200-300 on it. What the beat bang for the buck? I like short rams. Not a fan of CAI. Heard to many stories...Also what other mods are tere that increases mpg? All inputs are welcome!

why one is better? the dry or the 5 R? i hearing that its pretty much the same. i hear that the dry ones are ok, but the more it gets used, it works better and the other one is really good new then it turns in to "ok" after some usage... i think i'd go with the dry. oh, and is AFE CARB legal?

Try an electronic throttle controller. They have settings for eco mode and sport mode. Eco mode will control openings to allow more mpg. Sport mode adds much more fun. They are for sale on here in merchant sales $130 shipped? Or you could go baller for the blitz, but both serve same purpose.

for fuel economy go with some light 15's, and some low rolling resistance tires in a narrow width... and get some lowering springs...

intake wise, i don't get spending 200 on it... if you replace the pipe from the airbox to tb, seal up all the airbox resonators and silencers, and replace/enlarge the snorkel from the fender to airbox you'll be doing what an intake is doing, but keeping cool air for way cheaper...
