Biggest flat screen in the Fit?
What is the biggest flat screen TV you have brought home in the Fit?
We might be going to get a new 47" TV and wanted to know if anyone has fit a TV that big in the Fit? This is the TV we are looking at getting
47LD520 TV TV/Audio/Video
Thoughts?

I recently moved to a new apartment and moved my 47" in my fit. It definitely fit alright, but we had to go in through the side doors rather than the back because it was too high. Mine wasn't in the box though...

I have transported a empty box from a Sony KDL55EX500 LCD TV in my Jazz...
I put it down flat. But I first had it upright behind the passenger seat but then I could not see out throug the rear passenger side window, so I put the box flat down. The box was not damaged in any way, but there was not an inch to spare in the length
If you drive alone in the car, there is no problem adjusting the front passenger seat a bit forward, and have the box upright when having a screen inside it...
I may have the oportunity to do this in the future with a screeen inside too, as I'm working as an technician in a company that sells and installs videoconference units and we use those Sony 55" screens a lot.
