I've had a child booster seat in my rear seats over the past 6 months. I took them off this weekend for cleaning. When I was re-installing the seats 3 days later, I noticed that the deep gashes in the seat cushion that were made by the booster seats were still there. Will this ever go away? I've never noticed this problem with any other cars before.

 

i think they will go away after time. my car had creases from when i swapped from infant seats to booster seats but i dont notice them any more.

 

Will fade away once the warm temps return.

 

The previous owner of my fit had a small child (not exactly sure how old) but I know he had a kids seat in there and I don't have any marks in mine..

 

I kept a booster in my back seat for a while and it took quite some time for the creases to disappear. In the meantime, put a folded towel under the seat to spread the force around.
