Looks good man ^^

Template is on Exterior thread. I had Lunar_GD3 email me one, but would not print. Made my own off template on here. Cut it with Dremel, and shaved it to fit tight. Worked great. Worst part was the fender liner to access wiring. That stuff is a pain, but I got it.

Wait you have EG markers. Try Honda-Tech. Thats how I did my EJ & EG's.

My garnish is painted, however it is scarred badly. Just got one from vinnymac, and tried to wrap it gloss black. That did not work so well so I will be painting it again. Sand it with 400grit, Wax remover it, Primer Sealer it, Trim Black paint it, reinstall JDM emblem.

Front upper bar is easy install. Fit already has holes for it, but are covered in like plastidip stuff. Just poke hole through it and youll understand. Both sides have wiring attached to one hole. Just pull out zip tie thingy to access hole. I had to jack up car one side at a time to put nuts on bottom side, due to lowering (no gap). Overall very easy install.

Have not done front lower yet, but same deal there. Jack WAYYYY up to get under, remove two lower control arm bolts, install bar, reinstall bolts. Take pic because its probably never gonna be seen again until oil change time.

Front lower will offer more performance than upper. Upper connects at already strong point on Fit. Whereas lower connects arms. BUUUUTTTT upper is big time bling....

Hey kenmei. Left you a note on your transformation thread. You need progress rear sway before any strut bars. By far the best bar you'll ever buy. Anyone can chime in here and tell you the same. Check your thread.

the fit is spot on, and since i still had the little tabs the screws go in to from the old lip the original owner took off, i used those and they worked out perfect. only needed a little bit of 3m tape where it hits the bumper near the grill. fit was really nice for something so cheap ($88)

here's the link: Street Racing Life

when it came to me it was pretty scuffed... i was a little mad, but had the left over plastidip and just sprayed it down. i'm thinking to either put a clear coat over it or respray it with something more shiny.. it looks a bit dull. but, way better than before.

it's the dealer i bought it from (used). me and ryanroland were going to do the JDM relocator on the front plate but there was a screw in the middle mount which would leave an exposed hole, so i decided against it

ABS plastic, its pretty cheap TBH.. but they do provide mounting hardware and you really don't need any 3m tape, i added it just to be sure

^^^ Hey Kenmei try automotivetouchup.com They sell color matched rattle cans to your body color code. 1 can base coat and 1 can clear shipped is bout $46. Perfect match and easy to apply. Dont know if you can paint over plasticote or not, but thats a way you can paint it yourself. FYI paint code is inside driver door jamb.

Mine has the same hole I bet. I have all kinds of plugs and stuff I have collected over the years. So for this set of pix I just painted a plug and it's not too noticable unless your look'n 4it.
I'll still send ya a Honda plate,
Mike

thanks for the info, but i wanted it black for the whole orange/black(cf) theme... so if anything i'll peel the plasti and paint it black OR get adventurous and wrap it in CF

no, still waiting...he said he will be shipping it on the 10th (last week) from FL... so hoping for tomorrow..

also, i did a mini-detail today... using back to black that ryanroland recommended for all the black plastic/rubber. it was starting to fad/get white/oxidized. the stuff worked like a charm! i got a little adventurous and put some on the lip. it made it a tiny bit shinier so i'm pretty happy!

also armorall-ed everything and cleaned the windows. with my luck it will rain tomorrow!
