All we see down here is an occasional ice storm for the most part but it just doesn't happen as much as when I was younger.... Look at Texas on a map and you will notice the proximity of the top of it in relation to Colorado and SW Kansas... I spent a winter up there and it was an interesting experience that I enjoyed when I could find a place to get warm.

not required.

If you cant tell thats a pile of snow to the top my bumper. I still maintain I could have made it, but my dad, fit, brother and bystanders say otherwise
water temps went as high as 202 and im still trying to pull snow out from the bumper

Put a new set of PIAA Intense Whites in and tucked the fender liners again. About to wash it in a bit.

A quick wash turned into a long wax job. Just have to wake up in the morning, wash the wheels and spray the Zaino's gloss enhancer onto the car, then off to the races.

Got the car stuck last night in about a foot or more of snow. I was driving behind a building and knew it was a bad idea. Spent 10-15 minutes digging it out until I could back it up. I'm a little pissed, when I was digging out the car I noticed I lost one of my CF foglight covers and the other was just about to fall off.

You guys up there are having it bad.... It's a cool but windy 40 degrees here and not a cloud in the sky... We have a Forester that has never been driven in snow and we don't even need it since there is now a road to my place... It would be nice to have up there.

We really have not had much snow on the ground since I bought my Fit in 2007 but we are here waiting today to see what is going to happen. Under a winter advisory until Tuesday and my only way to work is to drive the car. I got the stocker rims back on Thursday and a friend was suppose to come over this weekend and change out the CF hood but has never called and I can't get in touch with him. I just hope the hood doesn't get too many scratches if I have to drive on snow cider/salt roads. UGH! If I had known he was going to not show up I could have taken it to the garage and gotten it done on Thursday or Friday when it was nice and sunny.

Cat, it may be a good idea to wax that hood before the bad stuff has a shot at it.... Knowing you though the hood is more than likely well waxed already. It is supposed to drop to 26 degrees here tonight and be warming to 74 by the middle of the week.

I can honestly say after the horrible beating I have given my Fit after the past two days, with a nice set of snow tires the car handles snow like a champ! It was going through very poorly plowed roads, blasting through snow banks that where a foot or more high. For being about two inches lower the car did a great job, I have to say 70% of the time I was plowing through some amount of snow.

you can find hella horns on amazon for cheap, the speaker surround is usually red so the highlighter-green color is probably custom. also, it looks like she fabbed a custom bracket to bolt them underneath the hood latch.

i really LOVE you gd3 shg_chiquita, great job
black housing headlights would really set off the black fog light housings
