What did you do to the GD Fit today?

My Fit was diagnosed by Dr Previc93 as having at least one warped rotor, so off to the dealership it goes on Monday for new front rotors and pads. While I'm there I'll probably have to check out the 2015 Accord Sport that I want to buy after I sell my 2012 Civic Si.

How did you replace the clutch delay valve? I saw a few guys had done it on their GEs, but hadn't seen it done on a GD yet.

Sigh... my engine light came on and the code read P0498. Evap. system problem.
I tried to disconnect my battery and reconnect it to see if it was just a wiring problem and was hoping the light would go away. Since it came back on, I've scheduled an appointment with a local shop to get it check out. This is probably going to cost a few hundred... great.

I went from the master cylinder to the steel hardline, like a few others mentioned towards the end of that thread. I used an 18" line, probably could've gone even shorter.

Finally got my surprise project done today! They started out as Drag DR34s in black, but then I got them powder coated in yellow and mounted with new black lug nuts.

I ordered my Braille B2015 battery finally for my Password JDM intake and battery relocator, picked that over the Odyssey PC680. It's just a bit under double as much as the Odyssey but spec wise much better for the colder temperatures I have in Jersey.
With the Braille I shouldn't have to remove the intake and battery during the colder months. My OEM Honda battery is less than a year old, was installed last July.

Thanks! Why do you have to remove the intake and battery? Here in Arizona we don't believe in winter. I think we voted to ban it a few years ago. Can you use a trickle charger to save/extend the life of your battery?

Nice!

your wheels look great! i don't think he will honestly need the trickle charger if he drives it every day

The Odyssey doesn't have enough CCA for the cold temperatures we get here in Jersey, while the Braille has more than OEM. I didn't want to have to remove the intake for the winters after I install it. After the record low temperatures the East Coast was pummeled with this year, I don't want to risk the car not starting in the future.
The Odyssey PC680:
SPECIFICATIONS
Pulse (5-second) Hot Cranking Amps (PHCA) 520
Cold Cranking Amps (CCA) 170
20Hr Nominal Capacity (Ah) 16
Reserve Capacity Minutes 24
Dimensions L x W x H (in) 7.15 x 3.00 x 6.65
Metric Dimensions L x W x H (mm) 181.5 x 76.3 x 167.8
Weight (lbs) 15.4
Weight (kg) 7
The Braille B2015:
PCA 5 seconds - 1067 Amps
PCA 10 seconds - 933 Amps
PCA 20 seconds - 824 Amps
HCA 690 Amps
CA 574 Amps
CCA 425 Amps
Amp Hour Rating: 21
Battery Type: Sealed Rechargeable Deep-Cycle
Mounting: Vertical or Horizontal
I don't drive everyday, I work in the city and it's a combination of walking, subway & train. Really only drive on the weekends. Will keep the OEM battery on a charger in the garage as backup.

What are your front/rear alignment numbers?
