Added a level extender to the short shifter today. Looking forward to giving this a throw at the track tomorrow.

I personally like the oem look so I would say paint it red to match the rest of your car.

Do you have black/carbon fiber anywhere else on your car? A random carbon fiber piece can look weird, but if you have other pieces it will look sweet!

While looking for something like this, I came across fastline performance shifter. I'm not too sure if it's longer but it looks longer to me.

Fastline Performance Honda Civic CRX and Acura Integra Custom Shifter

Here's a video with it installed:

I would say wrap the spoiler in CF as well to match the grill.

As for me, I finally got my oil changed and rotated my tires & rims. Decided not to mount my snow tires and rims that I picked up the other weekend being that there should be not much snow left for the season.

Tried to install the Rokguard mudguards but after a few minutes outside, I couldn't feel my fingers. My mechanic had other cars to work on in his bay, otherwise I would have asked him to keep it on the lift for another 10-15 minutes so I could install them in a heated garage.

For anyone who's working on their cars in the NE in this cold outside, more power to you. My old bones can't deal.

Plan to take the car to the hand car wash tomorrow since no work even though Tuesday is calling for snow again. Need to wash off that salt.

Took it to another BMW CCA autocross and came 53rd out of 83 cars that day with a time of 47.876... spanked some M3s, STis, and a new 5.0 as usual. Event's RAW timed results are linked below.

I'm making only about 200whp and 180wtq. The fit has a small clutch and spec stays the same size as stock so stage 4 sounds like a lot, but it was rated for less tq than you would think. The stage 3+ has a higher rating that the stage 4, but costs more. The stage 4 is rated somewhere between 200 and 250 tq, I can't remember what they said on the phone. Stage 4 should be more than enough For my power level and hopefully will last longer than the exedy unit I had before since exedy doesn't have an off the shelf clutch for my power levels.

"Only" 200 hp sounds pretty legit to me, you sure you are driving a fit? Lol

I like it was well. The only thing that bothers me is that the extender doesn't sit flush on the shifter levee. So visual it bother me some haha. I have a few machinist friends I might bring the extender to to thread in a little more. There is some play room.

I have the same issue with them, but I've had mine long enough now that it doesn't bother me as much. A smooth unnoticeable transition would be ideal.

Didn't get a chance to wash her Monday as my father had to borrow the Fit since the battery on his 2011 Honda CRV died. $99.95 + tax from Planet Honda and 10 minutes later with frost bitten hands, that was taken care of.

This little goodie came in, Piaa rear fog light, I didn't want to go the OEM EDM Honda Integra/Civic/Prelude route and do something different.

Small teaser of another upgrade:

Spring needs to come sooner! I need a weekend where the temperature is above my age!

I only pick up parts from them when they have coupons, like the battery but usually I don't deal with them. VIP Honda will sometimes have coupons too and sometimes give discount off MSRP.

I almost always order from Bernardi Honda or College Hill if I don't need it right away.

I wouldn't deal with Planet Honda otherwise. While just waiting for the battery I couldn't help myself overhearing the over priced services and parts they were trying to get over on people. But they need to do that to pay for all the operational overhead. I just feel sorry for the poor souls aka regular customers.
