How do you like having the bar on your car? have you ever had a snap oversteer The situation arise where the rear end tried to come around on you? The bar is so heavy and stiff it has me wondering if the car will feel as if it has a solid rear axle.. Does it feel at all like that to you? I have really liked being able to adjust the dampening spring tension and height since getting the coilovers .. I believe I can come up with settings to optimize the bar for the type of ride and handling I desire..
I see, that's good. I really like having the Progress bar on my GD, for me it makes the car feel much more neutral and I can get onto the throttle sooner in corners as well as maintain/increase throttle input much easier without understeering as much.

I have yet to have a situation were I unexpectedly had any oversteer but can comfortably flick the rear end out if needed to in evasive maneuvers. IE Houston area traffic pulling out 50 yards in front doing 20 MPH... while I'm doing 65-70 MPH... then they lane change in front of me after changing over to pass them... resulting in me doing a Scandinavian flick with a couple tugs of E-brake to miss him and the curb. Mind you, I'm running stock suspension aside from the bar and have floppy 205/55R15s on 15x7 wheels now.

I can't quite say if it feels like a solid rear axle since I've never driven one "hard" before... at least one that is FWD. The bar does stiff up the torsion beam quite a bit though and it will make the ride just a little bit stiffer in the rear of the car. The bar is 22mm in diameter and solid stock (not hollow) if I remember right, if you have oversteer issues now this may increase the oversteer. I can't say if it will for sure but thinking about it logically it should.

Looks like you got it done. Did you have any problems installing the bumper?

Hi whats up bluecell! Yeah I already installed it, and I didnt have any problems, you were also right about the fender liners, they are a little bit short for the type s bumper but that's fine with me. Thank you so much for your help! Update us with some new photos bluecell. Cheers!

Installed a used JDM center console, Revo shifter and an Orb shifter cover. I painted the shifter lever black to match the cover and my shift knob. The Revo short shifter feels better than I thought it would for the price, it's quite nice!

Picked up my 07 Sport AT a couple of weeks ago off Craigslist! 93,000 miles and running great. Put new BF Goodrich Super Sport tires on yesterday, Tinted windows (5% rear and 35% front), Cargo Tray, Rear Bumper Applique (was scratched from previous owner - this covered it perfectly), WeatherTech Front FloorLiner, SOHC VTEC decal, Carbon Fiber Rear Hatch Trim, Type R red Steering Wheel emblem and rear emblem, Armrest Console off eBay, and dead pedal from Zetaproducts.com. Hood deflector being shipped.

Sure did. I'm going to try and get it installed sometime this weekend or early next week if things go as planned.

I also checked online and saw that fedex delivered my JDM center console and JDM driver sun visor. I'm not going to be installing my sun visor though until I get a new rear view mirror... and who knows how long that'll be...

At least I now have a nice arm rest for that long commute to work.
