haha yes, this shifter is HIGHLY adjustable. everything about it. throw, length, height, everything. Right now it is set to its max settings. I did this because I wanted to make sure when I installed it, it would clear everything if I wanted to ever use this setting. I will use it just like this on the track. the height that is. Its perfect. very close to my steering wheel. you never have to move your hand down, just slightly to the right of the wheel. like 3 inches. the pic really doesnt show this.

• Shift knob not included with shifter
• Stainless Steel and Aluminum Construction
• Adjustable throw from 90%-40% of stock throw for both front/back and left/right motion
• Knob is height adjustable
• Central shaft features unique splined design for added knob placement adjustability
• Designed to use stock RSX or Hybrid Racing shift linkage
• 432 Possible Configurations!
• Accepts M10x1.5 shift knobs (standard Honda/Acura shift knob thread)
• Contains Pure Sexiness

hmmm i havent put the center console back on and havent planned on it. but i do know i could angle it down to clear it for them. Yeah i could have made that happen. but i just didnt want that back in. keeping it race. lol

worse case I could weld those water bottle holders from a bicycle onto the cage behind me and run a hose to my mouth. lol

like this lol

yea I figured you wernt using the center console, the way you have it set up does look clean. I was just asking because I want to get the HR shifter box so I can run my JDM console again and not have the hacked up OEM on.

BTW not to highjack the thread, but speaking of road racing, what is Colin planning on replacing the Si coupe with? I know he's got too much gasoline in his blood to buy/drive a granny car. lol

hes keeping the si. hes going nuts on it and making it full race. cage and shit to come when he gets money.

he did buy 2 new DDs. he got 2 ED9 (jdm = EF9) hatch backs. one is an si and one is a DX. looks good. worked on them last night. reminds me mucho of my CRX and my civic ED9.

well he just started a new job and what not. give him a little bit to get started again. he will be fine

you gonna take your si to the track with us next go around when you have it? Top his time?

We are actually going to MSR Cresson, TX this weekend. this is Myler's (500 dolla miata) first HPDE ever. For his 21st birthday, we all pitched in and bought his entire weekend cost of $300 to track it this weekend. you shoudl come with us! we will be camping on the track at night friday and saturday, wake up to roaring engines and the smell of cotton candy race gas.

We already have food and beer, so if you want to come, money is no excuse, just bring a sleeping bag. we have room for you in a tint and you can ride with us in the truck to get there. So dont use the "no money" excuse! or the KID and Wife excuse!

Maybe once i get used to the car and have a better than stock suspension setup, ill def best his time. I was told a long time ago that i have a knack for finding apex's and driving lines so im sure that once i work up the nerve i could def pwn the times with a lil bit of practice...
