I'm feeling all JDM today and my car is schizophrenic. The door sills, dash, and third break-light say FiT but the hatch badge says Jazz.
How beautiful it is to be different!

So when i got my Fit at my local Honda Dealer, the seller wasn't too happy about the cleaning done, so she told me to come back the next week to get the cleaning properly done.

So here's my baby professionally cleaned!

Also if the sway bar is not linked up that could be causing the camber to change while driving becuase it allows for more flex since you don't have that bar linking the 2 side together.

Finally if there is a bunch of added weight because of the suspension stuff that could be causing the tires to wear faster.
I've seen the camber cars get when being dropped, even with all the air out and tucking tire, only my rears get a little bit of camber maybe 2*tops. It was aligned at a lowered ride height so I can add positive camber by raising it all the way up but even then its not much.

Its toe-wear judging by how the tires are being feathered and they squeal even on low speed sharp turns, the lack of the bar being connected has an influence on it which is why I ordered the end links.

I would be surprised if the suspension is lighter now, its a meagan shock with the bag over the shock and that's the only non oem thing there.

edit, anyone wanna buy some xxr 002's? I wanna buy some 527's

the rear camber shouldnt change because of it being a solid axle. the reason ur tires are wearing is cause when u go up and down with the suspension the toe is changing. that wears ur tires fast even with the slightest amount of camber. i would align ur car at a ride height and whenever u drive use that ride height setting to drive. thats why a lot of kits have electronic gauges now that tell how much ur bags are filled. when i get my kit ill be making sure i have electronics to help my ride height to be consistant. now if ur at a show drop it to frame or what ever u want.

Yeah the toe changes all cars will feather the tires which is why you should rotate them, I have less than 2k miles on my tires and only have like 30% thread left on the front pair lol. The lack of sway bar makes my bags go up uneven as well which is even worse for my tires.

Actually the rear axle isn't solid... It is a rotating torsion beam with control arms with shock mounts and stub axles on the sides the wheels mount to and on the opposite sides lower spring mounts... It's put down a lot by people for some reason but it rides and handle surprisingly well and is the primary reason you can carry large items in the cargo area. I might go by a recliner tomorrow and bring it home in the Fit.

That's a fun idea. I guess it probably wouldn't work for the front one though due to the heat. Where did you get the c pillar bar from?

^^C pillar bar is advance speed shop, Rear strut bar is Tanabe like the rest of my bars. I only did this to interior. Too much of this I dont like, but the subtle touchs like these bars add a nice touch. And to be a true sticker bomb you must buy the Sticker bomb book. Mine is version 2 from barnes and Noble. Story behind this is the book is a gallery of multiple artists throughout the world. This book allows them to showcase their work. Artists from NYC,London,Paris ,and the list goes deeeep. Truely a unique idea.

If I was wanting to go that low I now know how to do it without having to keep my car parked out in the barn.

This wasn't on my Fit, but a customer's over at work. It was a 2008 Tidewater A/T Sport with 71,182 miles.

Changed the oil, filled the washer fluid tank, checked the brake fluid level (was at max), checked the air filter (was an OEM filter) and it was filthy but couldn't replace it (due to not having it in stock so I recommended getting a new one to the customer) so I blew it out good with an air gun. Also checked the tire pressure too (and adjusted it accordingly) as well as reset the maintenance minder.

a rock hit my windshield yesterday... and it wasn't a small dinged. It was cracked half the size of a baseball already. Now the crack has spread and is now an arms length. Sealed it up with those window repair kits. Not really wanting to fix it until the crack until it reaches the other side...

So sad...

BTW watch out for those trucks that carry massive amounts of dirt. I wasn't even driving behind one and the closest one near me was about 50 feet away from where I was driving.. bad luck i guess.

Those cracks will spider web out if you don't seal it right away specially with the summer heat. Then you'll have to replace the windshield or get a fix-it ticket like I did.

Thats one of the biggest problems here in AZ. In fact when I worked at enterprise car rental it was our number one cost claims wise for the fleet. The worst maintence wise was tires. This is why many here in AZ have no deductable glass coverage.

I have a tiny crack from where a truck in the lane going in the opposite direction had a rock fall off and hit the trim around the windshield... I could see it coming straight at me and had steered to the right to go onto the shoulder but not quite fast enough.. If I'd been day dreaming or on a cell phone it could have hit me between the eyes. Scared the hell out of me.
