What did you do to the GD Fit today?

Install was straight forward, the only little hitch was the "blocks" on the front lines weren't drilled to the exact dimension of OEM to fit on the brackets. I had to just barely slide them on the pin and then tighten the 12mm bolt to seat the blocks.
Also, bleed them clockwise starting with the left front, the volume is small enough that it's easy to feed entirely new fluid through out.
Oh yeah, the disk bleed valves are 10mm and the drums are 8's.

So my front tires are wearing down much too fast for being about 1k miles old. Rear still show dimples, not sure if its because of the missing sway bar end links, or the staggered wheel setup. I'm gonna put new endlinks and make the wheels the same offset all around tonight.
No more 16x8 -15
16x8 -25
Time to lay frame

Yeah but I'm on air suspension so whether I go down or up, camber stays the same 0*. My fronts are wearing evening all the way across but its excessive and I rarely am hard on them. I'm pretty sure the scrub radius is causing them to wear out since -15 on a 8" compared to +40 on narrower rims is a HUGE suspension difference.

Just tried the windshiled wipers I installed yesterday (Bosch Aerotwins A601S).
They're a huge improvement on standard ones (mine being a GD) as they cover the full windscreen.
I followed a Japanese link, if I'm not wrong, but I forgot which one...
Ciao!

End link I ordered ended up not fitting, sway bar's hole is too small for the studs off the end links, I knew this was going to happen since another person here said they got the same issue but got it resolved. I figured they ordered the other end link the guy offers hopefully its quick or I'm just going to bore out the hole a little.
I dropped my offset some and now I can get the rear to go down about an inch further. Gonna have to cut some more of my fender out and see if I can get the rear to lay. The front is gonna be tricky, the shock assembly itself with everything might be too tall to let it lay.

You bought a work in progress.. I hope it doesn't prove to be to stressful on you and everything can be worked out... It is all top notch stuff and with the bugs all worked out you should be able to win a room full of trophies if it is shown enough.

The fact that the motor hadn't been messed with helped me not worry about facing too big of an issue. I think once I get the end links installed and do a quick corner weigh to balance it out my tire wear issues will be gone, it doesn't pull to any sides as is.
I think I might be running some 17x9 -10 wheels soon, gotta try to find some 205/40 to stretch and finish up the trunk
I wanna win some trophies, how hard is it lol?

Also if the sway bar is not linked up that could be causing the camber to change while driving becuase it allows for more flex since you don't have that bar linking the 2 side together.
Finally if there is a bunch of added weight because of the suspension stuff that could be causing the tires to wear faster.

I had mine undercoated when new but I did do the spare tire well myself and it stunk for awhile.
