No it isnt custom its real Mugen diffuser.

Not sure im looking for a place to buy paint either locally or online don't matter just whenever i find a good place ill hop on it! any ideas?

A lot of guyz on dis' forum are goin wit' what I think is Automotivetouchup.com Touch Up Paint, Aerosol Spray Paint and Paint Touch Up Accessories... Do it yurself and I think it's more cost effective..

yup, thats the one. buy their clear too, its really nice. gives your paint a nice orange peel

check out your local autozone or parts shop for a bumper repair kit form bondo. really easy to use. i used that + sanded + painted + cleared my bumper and you can't even tell there was a hole.
get the paint and stuff from the above site^

That is the paint site I turned everyone on to. I have been using them for years with all my touch ups. You will need your paint code and/or year make and model. Base coat is bout $20 a can, and clear is bout $15 a can. Buy both together so paints dont clash. Prep part by sanding with 400 grit, wax and tar remover clean it, base coat paint 2_3 coats, then clear 2_3 coats. Color sanding is not needed, but is up to you. Good luck

for the clear is it this one: 12 oz. Touch Up High Gloss Clear Coat Spray Paint 7.95
Edit: I guess its the only clear so that would have to be it..
