Smoothest Riding Struts?

Hey guys, just wondering what the smoothest riding suspension would be. I would think it would be airbags, but not looking to drop 4k on suspension, I would rather buy a dirtbike or something for that $$$. But I have H&R sport springs, which do ride smoother than OEM springs, but it still bounces on rough roads. I have stuck with the OEM 15" sport alloys so I still have some sidewall to preserve a lil ride quality.

I was just wondering what the smoothest strut or coilover setup people have been running. I run valve matched konis on my Accord and they are butter smooth, and adjustable. Just wondering if anyone had good suggestions for smoother riding struts/shocks(possibly adjustable dampening)

I have seen the air strut mod for the rears, but anything available for the fronts as well... Search does no justice

I definitely like coilovers, but haven't talked to anyone on those ones. I would love to throw on some nice ones, but one this car, its so short and bouncy I just want to smooth it out. Love the koni yellow SP3s on my accord. Usually H&R are some of the smoothest springs, but i just wish there were more shock options.

struts

I too would like to know what struts. I don't want to go for coilovers since I will not track it. I just want a smoother and lower a tad bit. I wanted to go Skunk 2 springs and Tokico shocks create an uncomfortable ride. What's the best spring/shock combination?

if you want struts the best bet atm is T1R or tokico HTS/HPs. I hear the HPs are adequate.. ever so slightly better than stock. But for the price it isnt too bad. If you want adjustability go for T1Rs unless you want to fork out 900+ for the high end tokicos... haha

I can't see myself ever spending 900 for those tokicos though they look pretty decent. I like my rideheight, but the bounciness over small pavement changes can almost make me vomit sometimes, due to the short wheelbase. I like the handling and all but its like tweaker status in the fit sometimes. It is like it needs to be full of people and gear to ride well, and then it rides smoothe.

If only koni would wake the F up and make some adjustable perch yellows for like $600, they could clean house for everyone and their spring choices

I have tried numerous suspension types and products. All you need is the T1R S-Spec dampers. They're great! Tokico HP's are stock replacements, not a drop better.

Im on the same boat as you. I wish koni would make shocks for our cars. I called them and they said they have no plans to put the shocks on production.

I had read in another thread that the Tokico Blues were stock replacements in terms of feel. However, I have also read that Tokico Blues are built to withstand the stresses of being lowered better than the stock struts. Is that true?
