Need some feedback on running a 17x7 rim w/42 offset

Aright you guys I am new to this whole thread thing so here we go....
Ok so I have been looking at rims for quite some time now and i have narrowed it down to ether the rota slipstream or the tenzo-R type M ver-2.
I have always liked the slips in a mat black but love the aggressive look of the type-M. The only thing is the type-M is a 17x7 42 offset. so I am sure i am going to need some fender work done and some camber setup but i would like to get some feed back from the FIT FREAKS out there!!!!! oooh and i am running Eiback sportline springs
Thanks

Should be no problem. No fender work or camber setup. I am running the same set up. Works Emotion CR Kai, 17x7, +42 offset. Use 205x40x17 tires. Been lowered on Tanabe DF210 before but I'm using T1Rs right now. No rubbing issue.

i have 17x7 +42 and im on t1r coilovers with sway bars lowered with approx 1 finger width gap at the rears and slightly lower in the front
im running almost -2 camber upfront

205 40 17 azenis

BIG RUBBING when cornering or big dips (EMPTY car, much much worse with passengers)

u HAVE TO pull the front fenders, tuck the liners
and u may have to cut/fold some tabs out back

doing this will eliminate almost all rubbing (99%)
you will still occasionally rub under EXTREME cases i.e. while max cornering (with azenis) and u hit a dip at the apex of a banked corner

u MAY and only MAY get away with not doing the above if u drive like a granny showman
