E-brake Question?

I have an 08' Sport AT and have been having lots of fun with my E-brake lately and the cable to the rear has of course stretched, I have limited tools such as a floor jack & all, So I was wondering which way would be the best to tighten the cables? "In the center console area or back on the drums ???

Thanks,
SiLo

yeah mine is kinda loose too but not because i have been abusing it. take off the center console (2 clips and 2 screws) and tighten up those two bolts that connect the cables to the hand brake... not too much though and keep in mind it will also reduce the travel of your brake pedal if you make the cable too tight... you want to have like 3-4 clicks for the handbrake to be fully engaged.
