yeah they do look nice, i like the profile on them. too light for my tastes. i like having the window visor feature more than the vent feature. they always seem to be able to block the sun where i would otherwise be blinded without visors.

i still really like those moooooogens... i might have to switch over to those if i ever get a mugen wing

ohh edit: one thing i hate about visors is how i can never dry under the visor or that part of the window after i wash it without too much hassle. WATERSPOTS! argh!

Ditto to the first part in its entirety.

Have you tried rolling the windows down a bit while you're drying? Dry the back side of the visor and the top of the window, roll it back up and then dry the rest of the window. I've also started drying the sides of the car first, leaving the top for after. That way, I don't end up with a soaked shirt trying to dry the roof while the sides are still wet, and I don't smear the windows even more with my belly while trying to dry the car.

Of course, I'm also 5'6" and 260. Your body type may vary, please see website for official rules...

hondafittuner's cheap fake OEM copy for like $30 or whatever are pretty bad. i had them on my car for a month. i was just able to yank them off with little effort

i ended up getting the OEM access visors:
JDM Fit GD3 Windows Visors Set Honda Access

if you really care about your car and plan on keeping it a long time invest in something of quality.. if you just want the function of it cheap out
Hey I'm about to purchase some visors, but I'm having a tough time deciding on OEM or Mugen.. I was orginally opted for the OEM until I began to notice how bland they get after a while.. So I'm hoping you could post up some pics of the OEM visors on your Fit to help with this. They are beginning to look too flat.

And I want the visors for both added look and functionality.

Those who like them consider them 'clean'. To those who want a more aggressive look, they might be 'flat'. Sounds like you already know what you want - get the Mugen visors!!

Yeah you should probably go with the mugens. Visors aren't really 'in' anymore but the both of these styles that are made for the fit really look good and flow with the car. I chose mine because I wanted a clean look. Sometime down the road I might switch to the mugen visors because if i get a wing its going to be the mugen one. Aero is awesome!

Anyway here are my JDM OEM visors.
(Sorry for all those who still have 56K...does anyone anymore?)

I snapped these this morning when I filled up for you guys.

(I still have these hondafittuner visors if anyone wants them, you just need to put double sided tape on them... just pay for shipping) I'm giving them away!

does someone have a pic of the mugen ones installed? I know there's probably plenty of pics floating around the forums, but it might be good to have all the visor options in one place, for reference.

Yes, some of us still do. Where I live, the options are dialup or a minimum $60 a month for anything faster. The phone company wants $59+ for slow DSL, and $120 to install. Cable is the only other viable option, and it goes out regularly.

Don't worry, though, cause that BOM Fit is nice enough to wait for.

Lol wow.. i think ur the only person I've ever met online whos still rocking 56k.. the 3G network cards from like AT&T are still even faster than 56k lol.

Anyways.. Is the OEM longer than Mugen ones? I like the Mugen style but they seem very short. I was wondering if theres a big huge difference cuz the OEM looks like they droop down much longer than Mugen ones.

Hey!

ahaha that second part was funny! perhaps i don't speak so well online?

and thanks for that compliment about my car. there aren't enough people modding a BOM and no one is really taking that car to it's full potential. i doubt i ever will either though because it is just expensive but everything i do to it has to look clean

actually the mugen ones are longer. if you look at the rear passenger door piece for the sets the mugens are longer (similar to how the hondafittuner fake oems are) mugens aren't any shorter/narrower just a little fatter

I got mine from here plus a few other goodies for the GD3. Back when I got them I paid $150 plus shipping but they are on sale now and came down to $140. It's a limited stock item..

Can someone please tell me what the part number is for the OEM Honda® visors? Every website that sells them uses a different number. I talked to the parts guy at the local dealership while mine was in for service, and he said that Honda doesn't make/sell visors for the GD3. I'm guessing that he can't or won't look up anything that is only available in Japan and I'd like to take him the number to prove that Honda does sell them...

and he can't get them.

See if this works: I My Honda!

Hmm... It appears to have worked!

Again, if I may:

What is the Honda part number for the JDM Honda visors? Every web site that sells them uses their own part number.

I My Honda
