Will these wheel spacers fit my fit?

Short answer: yes; fit has a 4x100 lug pattern
Long answer: it really depends on what you’re using them for. Google search of P#119679 shows that it is a 4x100 to 4x114.3 adapter, not a spacer. You’d have to push out the included studs to use them as just a spacer.

curious if bmw hub centric 4x100 wheel spacers would work on 1st gen Honda fit. Anyone know?

Again; kinda.
E30 BMW looks to be 57.1mm bore and Honda 4x100 is 56.1mm. The 57.1 will fit a Honda but it will no longer be hub centric. If the spacers have a protruding lip it might have to be removed for the wheels to fit.
This is all in theory. I can’t be held responsible if your wheels literally fall off.
