Polk DB651's - Starboard side speaker is cutting out
Hi Everyone!
Finally installed a pair of Polk DB651's in my front doors! Did this with a pair of Scosche adapters. They sound amazing although a week later, for some reason my right speaker (passenger door) stopped working. When I turn the audio on, it clicks super quick, and then once the audio comes on it plays for maybe a second or two and then goes silent!
The drivers door speaker is working just fine.
Any ideas what this could be? I took the passenger door apart and checked the contacts, everything appears to be normal. For a second I thought this might have to do with the doorcard pushing back on it, but I don't think that's an issue because the door cards are mirror copies of one another, and the left one works.
thanks for any advice!
