Honda Fit feels very loose in the rear

I have a 07 base model and when I turn the wheel back and forth it feels like the rear end is swaying around and loose. I checked my tire pressure and it seems good, I also recently got an alignment. The car has almost 180,000 miles and I’m wondering if maybe my shocks are blown? Or maybe something is loose in the rear torsion beam? I’m not too familiar with the Honda Fit suspension but any input is appreciated

If they are original, your rear shocks are most certainly worn out after 12 Years and 180K Miles. You should replace your front shocks/struts too. A shop would likely recommend new tie rod ends and bushings too. Aged rubber suspension parts will be worn, cracked, hardened, etc.
